What you'll do

• Register patients and schedule follow-up visits, referrals, and appointments
• verify patient identity and update demographic and insurance information
• resolve eligibility edits and document in medical records
• explain financial, compliance, and authorization forms and billing implications
• collect and post patient financial liabilities
• encourage MyChart enrollment and manage proxy processes
• communicate wait times and coordinate patient flow
• balance daily collections and follow PCI standards
• manage work queues, handle incoming calls, and participate in clinic process improvement.
