Recreation Coordinator

Job overview

The Recreation Coordinator role is onsite in Brandon, MS. Pay is $13.50–$14 per hour. Peach Tree Village Assisted Living serves assisted living and memory care residents and describes recreation as a way to support residents’ quality of life. The coordinator supports the Community Development Director in assessing, organizing, and delivering activities suited to residents’ needs and interests. The role encourages participation and helps provide engaging experiences for residents.

What you'll do

• Assist with developing and delivering activity and recreation programs
• maintain precautions and limitations lists for residents
• encourage participation in group and individual activities, including arts and crafts, outings, religious, educational, service, and recreational activities
• perform other assigned work.
