What you'll do

• Serve as a primary client contact by phone, email, and in person
• process policy changes, ID cards, vehicle updates, certificates, and other service requests
• assist with renewals, coverage reviews, and retention
• handle inbound leads for personal, hobby farm, life, and health insurance
• identify needs and recommend coverage
• cross-sell and upsell products
• prepare and present new business and rewrite quotes.
