By managing open orders, resolving supply issues, monitoring contract compliance, and reporting supply metrics, the lead helps the Defense business deliver timely aftermarket support.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary Rolls-Royce interface to customers’ purchasing groups
• provide customer service from external order entry through delivery of parts or services
• research material availability and validity, identify alternatives, and coordinate with supply chain expeditors
• manage the open order board and escalate critical shortages
• work with DCMA, the third-party logistics provider, and statements of work to support aftermarket supply activity
• review contract compliance and resolve discrepancies through contract managers
• consolidate and report supply metrics.
