Direct Support Professional, Registered Behavior Technician Experience

What you'll do

• Provide direct care and individualized support
• follow Individualized Support Plans and behavior support plans
• implement behavioral interventions and de-escalation strategies
• assist with daily living activities
• support community outings and integration
• observe, document, and report behaviors, progress, incidents, and changes
• administer medications as authorized
• communicate with supervisors, families, and support team members
• promote independence, dignity, choice, and self-advocacy.
