What you'll do

• Coordinate leasing and day-to-day commercial property activity
• respond to prospective tenant and broker inquiries
• show available spaces
• maintain relationships with tenants and brokers
• gather information, prepare proposals, coordinate communications, and follow transactions through completion
• work with leadership and General Counsel on lease terms
• coordinate tenant build-outs with construction
• serve as a tenant point of contact
• maintain leasing, tenant, and property information
• assist with marketing spaces and administrative support.

Why this role
