Job overview

The AEC Recruiter role is hybrid, ideally based in Camp Hill, PA, with other listed ATCS offices including Herndon, VA; Baltimore, MD; and Glen Allen, VA. Compensation is $70,000–$104,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus targeted at 2% of annualized salary. The recruiter joins ATCS’s Human Resources team to support hiring across the organization. The recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment, builds candidate pipelines, and partners with hiring managers to attract and hire talent. Sourcing, candidate communication, interview coordination, and recruiting metrics help teams fill roles and improve the hiring process.

What you'll do

• Source and contact qualified candidates through professional networks and job boards
• develop targeted recruitment strategies with team members
• conduct initial phone screens
• coordinate and prepare candidates for interviews
• keep candidates informed
• update hiring managers on candidate qualifications and progress
• analyze recruitment metrics
• maintain candidate records and reports
• suggest process improvements.
