The Core Crew member supports the Head Coach and Community Manager with front desk, administrative, and sales work. The role contributes to studio success by welcoming clients, addressing their needs, supporting class and account transactions, and helping maintain a clean, positive studio experience.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and build community connections
• recognize client milestones and educate clients about offers
• respond to requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of studio retail products and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio issues and schedule changes
• assist with daily operations and cleaning
• report complaints and visible maintenance or equipment issues
• follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• alert coaches to milestones and prepare celebration boards.
