What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and SAM
• perform impact analysis, estimation, coding, unit testing, and defect resolution
• provide L2/L3 production support, including abend resolution and batch monitoring
• collaborate on requirements and solution design
• participate in code reviews, documentation, and quality assurance
• use version-control and deployment tools
• lead or mentor junior developers
• communicate with clients and provide status reports.
