The Bistro Bartender role is onsite in Lincoln, NE. The stated pay is $15 per hour. The position is with Courtyard by Marriott Lincoln and supports food and beverage service for hotel guests. The bartender prepares and serves beverages and food, processes orders and payments, and maintains service areas. The role also supports guest needs and the hotel’s food and beverage operations through opening and closing tasks, cleaning, and cashier reconciliation.

What you'll do

• Complete opening and closing duties
• set up and stock work areas
• take and enter customer orders
• collect payment and provide change
• communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen
• prepare food, coffee, and alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
• assist with food and beverage service, table resetting, and cleaning
• count the bank and complete cashier reports
• and secure receipts and funds.
