What you'll do

• Identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across U.S. and Americas markets
• assess power, scalability, costs, permitting, tax incentives, and regional risk
• coordinate feasibility reviews
• lead site due diligence on utilities, fiber, zoning, permitting, environmental factors, and constructability
• support lease negotiations
• track deal milestones
• prepare deal review materials
• maintain site records and pipeline updates
• coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
