What you'll do

  • Perform laboratory experiments following established protocols
  • culture, maintain, expand, and cryopreserve cell lines
  • conduct cell-based cytotoxicity, molecular biology, and immunoassays, including DNA/RNA extraction, qPCR, ELISA, and gel electrophoresis
  • troubleshoot technical issues
  • operate and maintain laboratory instruments
  • document work in electronic laboratory notebooks
  • prepare and review technical documents
  • and present findings as appropriate.
