Hotel Reservation Sales Agent

Job overview

The Hotel Reservation Sales Agent role is onsite in Bethlehem, PA. Compensation is $13–$15 per hour. The agent supports Hotel Bethlehem’s guest reservation and sales operation at the historic hotel. The role converts guest inquiries into reservations and assists current guests with booking questions. Through phone, email, and online chat, the agent supports occupancy and guest service while providing information about the property and surrounding area.

What you'll do

• Sell future reservations through inbound and outbound calls, email, and online chat
• follow up on guest inquiry leads
• answer questions about existing reservations
• maintain guest profile information
• provide concierge information about the property and surrounding area
• complete daily reports and operational correspondence
• report potential safety or security hazards and follow emergency procedures.
