What you'll do

• Investigate facts and gather evidence for assigned attorneys
• obtain, review, and organize medical records
• investigate insurance coverage
• maintain damages summaries for medical bills, lost wages, and property damage
• send records to insurance carriers and draft case correspondence
• verify balances and help resolve subrogation liens
• prepare settlement documents, disbursements, and check requests
• prepare files for transfer to litigation when needed
• keep clients informed about case status.
