What you'll do

• Tuck and trim materials, line molds with film, trim excess material from molded products, prepare and maintain molds, and inspect finished products.
• General duties include identifying defects, documenting production and quality information, recording daily production data, communicating with supervisors and coworkers, maintaining a safe and organized work area, and following 6S and company procedures.

Why this role

Employees begin in the Trimmer role and may advance to Shooter. High school diploma or GED is required; previous production experience is preferred. Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds and wear steel-toed shoes is specified.
