Parts Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide customer, factory, and vendor support
• process phone, counter, and service sales orders
• identify parts using catalogs and computer systems
• locate and obtain unavailable stock
• obtain credit releases
• resolve invoicing problems
• assist with annual physical inventory.
