What you'll do

• Manage phone queues and customer email inboxes
• manage technician queues, call volumes, and response times
• identify whether issues involve hardware, software, or networks and create service tickets
• work with Accounting on service billing
• coordinate customer supply orders with Operations
• route internal inquiries and requests
• provide customer service.
