The Case Manager role is onsite in Monroe, LA, with compensation of $19–$20 per hour. Reliant Healthcare’s Case Management team helps patients navigate insurance and authorization processes for specialty infusion therapy. The case manager coordinates each assigned case from referral through approval and ongoing reauthorization, addressing documentation and payer requirements that can affect access to therapy. The role connects patients, clinics, insurers, billing, and internal teams to support timely case resolution and patient access.

What you'll do

• Review referrals and supporting records
• verify patient and insurance information, eligibility, and benefits
• initiate and track prior authorizations
• obtain missing documentation from clinics
• coordinate denials, appeals, and reauthorizations
• research financial assistance options
• communicate approval and estimated out-of-pocket information to patients when applicable
• support scheduling or shipment workflows
• document case activity and provide status updates.
