Practice Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations in collaboration with the Clinical Director
• maintain a clean, organized clinic space
• coordinate with vendors and building management
• maintain regulatory compliance systems and documents
• oversee schedules and templates
• hire, train, coach, and develop employees
• manage care-team schedules, PTO, and timecard approval
• support member experience and communication about financial responsibilities
• collaborate with Growth and centralized teams
• monitor KPIs and maintain accurate data sources.
