This role oversees BHS, PBB, and Facilities Maintenance operations at DCA airport, supporting the Operations team by ensuring equipment is maintained safely and reliably, and resolving system issues.

What you'll do

• Supports the Operations team by working in a safe, customer-focused manner.
• Develops and designs innovative solutions, manages outside contractors, and is on call for emergencies.
• Handles multiple projects and daily activities, manages to deadlines, and develops/tracks plans.
• Works with Safety department leadership to understand, implement, and audit safety programs.
• Develops and maintains preventative maintenance programs and good working relationships with operations leadership.
• Facilitates technical and safety training, and helps develop maintenance associates.
• Mentors all maintenance associates.
• Owns and promotes excellent housekeeping.
• Participates in weekly network Site calls and periodic Maintenance Manager offsite conferences.
• Provides specific, enriched feedback for individual performance and written performance appraisals.
• Maintains site morale and customer satisfaction.
• Performs additional duties as required.

What we're looking for

Education

High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in airport BHS and/or PBB Maintenance.
