What you'll do

• Clean and restore commercial surfaces including carpet, upholstery, stone, metal, tile, grout, vinyl, wood, and concrete
• document routine inspections and maintenance
• gather and load supplies
• operate custodial equipment safely
• perform minor equipment maintenance
• maintain equipment, vehicles, and warehouse cleanliness
• track supplies and inventory
• travel overnight when required.
