What you'll do

• Monitor provider rounding activity and clinical coverage
• participate in meetings about provider and facility issues
• support facility portal and PointClickCare access
• coordinate records and documentation requests
• lead the documentation team uploading clinical notes
• maintain system data and records
• prepare reports
• provide feedback to IT
• support EHR improvement
• and address client questions and quality concerns.
