Through clinical leadership and collaboration, the assistant director helps ensure quality patient care, effective communication, regulatory compliance, and progress on quality improvement, patient safety, and patient satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Assist with clinical, financial, and personnel management of Perioperative Services areas on a 24-hour basis
• serve as a clinical and professional role model and resource for staff, patients, physicians, and other departments
• collaborate across perioperative and ancillary teams
• support quality improvement, patient safety, and patient satisfaction processes
• assist with regulatory compliance.
