What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with planning, organizing, and leading activities, group programs, events, celebrations, and outings
• develop program ideas reflecting residents’ interests and abilities
• facilitate activities supporting movement, cognitive stimulation, social interaction, emotional wellness, and spiritual enrichment
• prepare activity spaces and supplies
• lead activities independently or with the director and team
• adapt programs to residents’ changing needs
• seek resident feedback and communicate preferences and concerns
• support documentation and assigned program responsibilities
• collaborate across departments and uphold resident dignity, privacy, and choice.
