The Lead Pastor role is onsite in Gig Harbor, WA. Compensation is not specified. Believers Fellowship is a nondenominational church with 500–600 weekly attendees across two Sunday services and a wider community of 1,000–1,200 people. The pastor prepares and delivers Gospel-centered, exegetical sermons, shepherds the congregation toward spiritual maturity, leads and represents church staff, and partners with elders on governance, mission, and direction. The role also equips volunteers and emerging leaders and may include other ministry areas aligned with the pastor’s interests and gifts.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and deliver exegetical, Gospel-centered sermons 30 or more times per year
  • shepherd and lead the congregation
  • oversee and represent church staff
  • partner with elders on governance, mission, and direction
  • disciple and equip volunteers and emerging leaders
  • pursue other ministry areas in accordance with interests and gifts.
