The Corporate Functional Manager, Non-Destructive Testing role supports onsite operations in Spring Grove, IL; Franklin Park, IL; and Clinton, WI, and may be based at any of these locations. Compensation is not specified. Scot Forge manufactures high-performance forged components and is 100% employee-owned. The manager leads NDT strategy and technical oversight across facilities, strengthening inspection standards, compliance, and operational performance. The role develops NDT personnel and partners with plant and functional leaders to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise-wide NDT strategy, standards, performance, and continuous improvement
• oversee Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, and Liquid Penetrant Testing programs
• manage personnel qualification, certification, training, and succession planning
• oversee compliance, equipment calibration, written practices, audits, and certification systems
• plan capital and technology investments
• partner with plant leadership and Quality, Metallurgy, Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams
• mentor NDT leaders and technicians.
