The Director of Distribution & Operations role is an onsite position located in Allentown, PA. Compensation is $260,000 to $350,000 per year, and this role supports the large-scale distribution operations of Uline, a leading distributor of shipping and industrial materials. This role exists to provide hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor, driving operational excellence and developing high-performing teams. The Director oversees daily operations, coaches managers, and implements data-driven improvements to ensure industry-leading service levels.

What you'll do

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees.
