Account Manager

What you'll do

• Build long-term partnerships with manufacturing clients
• develop account plans and identify growth opportunities
• analyze market trends and drive sales growth and margin improvement
• negotiate service agreements and manage pricing, KPIs, forecasts, budgets, and cost savings
• coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Logistics
• monitor production, quality, and delivery performance
• lead escalations and continuous improvement
• prepare account, sales, financial, and quarterly business review reports.
