What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and coach Account Managers and Account Coordinators
• establish project standards and workflows
• conduct team meetings, reviews, and training
• support hiring and onboarding
• oversee project timelines, budgets, scope, and quality
• review plans, estimates, and production drawings
• address complex client and project issues
• maintain client relationships
• coordinate with internal departments
• monitor KPIs, profitability, labor, and material costs
• support budget planning and capacity forecasting
• ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
