What you'll do

• Maintain a computerized maintenance management system for work orders, parts, supplies, and equipment history
• implement equipment modifications for safety, quality, product revisions, and efficiency
• supervise technicians across a three-shift operation
• ensure proper maintenance and operation of production equipment and plant systems
• analyze production data to prioritize corrective and preventive actions
• participate in hands-on work as needed
• support employee interviewing, training, performance reviews, and problem resolution
• comply with OSHA rules
• develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource plans
• coordinate automation integration
• supervise daily maintenance activities.
