Level II Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Level II Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Chattanooga, TN, with pay of $20 per hour. The full-time, temporary-to-hire position is with an industrial janitorial company at an automotive facility; the schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and help keep facility equipment operating. Maintain docks, overhead doors, plumbing, compressors, and hot water tanks
• paint and repair drywall
• read mechanical drawings and schematics
• assist with new equipment installation
• and perform light electrical troubleshooting.
