It coordinates activities and community engagement, responds to tenant concerns, and helps maintain a welcoming and organized Community Center.

What you'll do

• Provide tenant triage and ongoing support
• coordinate and help facilitate on-site activities, support groups, outings, meetings, events, and meals
• respond to tenant concerns and provide crisis intervention as needed
• manage the weekly food pantry
• maintain a welcoming, accessible, organized Community Center
• connect tenants with community resources and referrals
• complete program documentation
• attend team and supervisor meetings.
