The Construction Management Intern – Summer 2027 is an onsite, 10-week summer program in La Grange Park, Illinois, starting June 7, 2027. Compensation is $20 per hour. The internship supports Dubak Electrical Group’s industrial electrical construction work and its effort to develop future construction professionals. The intern gains hands-on experience in pre-construction and project management through a structured program, learning electrical estimating and project processes while collaborating with team members and departments. The program is intended to prepare interns for potential Associate Estimator or Associate Project Manager roles after graduation.

What you'll do

• Learn the electrical construction industry and the basics of electrical estimating and project management.
• Collaborate across teams, use Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, follow instructions, communicate effectively, and pursue learning and development opportunities.
