Land Planner – Land Use and Entitlements

What you'll do

• Lead land-use planning and entitlement projects
• serve as a contact for clients and public agencies
• interpret zoning codes and development standards
• prepare and process entitlement applications
• support proposals and fee estimates
• present projects at public meetings and hearings
• evaluate infrastructure constraints
• coordinate schedules and deliverables
• review planning work and mentor staff as appropriate.
