What you'll do

• Provide technical troubleshooting support for field issues by phone, electronic means, and occasionally in person
• communicate with sales staff, contractors, and customers about product inquiries
• prepare reports and documentation
• coordinate and participate in meetings across product groups
• travel occasionally to provide onsite technical support when required.
