Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Department — Nights is an onsite position in Pecos, TX. The posting lists pay of $2,250–$2,295 per week and a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week. The role also includes patient and family education, safety and regulatory compliance, and participation in quality improvement.

What you'll do

• Provide emergency nursing care
• rapidly assess patients and prioritize care using triage protocols
• follow evidence-based guidelines and institutional safety policies
• document findings, treatments, and outcomes in electronic health records
• coordinate patient throughput and transfers
• monitor invasive lines, monitors, and IV therapies
• educate patients and families
• identify quality and process improvement opportunities.
