Compensation is $135,000–$155,000 per year. The Behavioral Health Patient Care Director (Registered Nurse) role is onsite in Hoboken, NJ. The director oversees adult, geriatric, and child inpatient detox services at Hudson Regional Hospital. The role provides clinical and operational leadership for inpatient detox care, with responsibility for patient safety, quality, staffing, throughput, and coordinated care. It also develops staff, supports retention, and leads quality and safety improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance.
