What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Staff Worship Team and select music for worship services
• lead choir rehearsals and performances
• coordinate setups
• hire and manage section leaders as required
• plan guest musicians and choral and instrumental music
• oversee children’s and youth music programming with the Director of Christian Education
• attend weekly staff meetings
• oversee the music budget and library
• plan instrument maintenance
• supervise staff organists and accompanists.
