The Director, Spiritual Care and CPE Program is an onsite, full-time position in Fresno, CA. Pay is $61.56–$78.34 per hour. The director leads spiritual care services and the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) residency program across the health system. The role provides strategic, clinical, educational, operational, and administrative leadership to integrate spiritual care into patient experience and support the emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs of patients, families, and caregivers. It oversees chaplain team performance, CPE accreditation and compliance, and program development and improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead spiritual care services, chaplaincy operations, and the CPE residency program
• develop strategies aligned with organizational mission and clinical priorities
• oversee chaplain team performance and ACPE accreditation and compliance
• collaborate with executive leaders, clinical teams, and community partners
• guide chaplain development, residency education, program evaluation, and continuous improvement.
