What you'll do

• Conduct nursing and health assessments
• provide wound and skin care, vaccinations, and treatment for respiratory illnesses
• administer medications and injections as directed
• triage and educate patients
• provide care in encampments and the health center’s van
• supervise the Community Health Worker and Behavioral Health Case Manager
• coordinate referrals and community linkages
• document care and maintain confidentiality.
