What you'll do

• Lead mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing staff

• monitor the annual budget, staffing, efficiency, and customer service
• train and cross-train employees
• set staff goals
• manage daily underwriting
• coordinate transactions with correspondent banks
• partner with audit, compliance, and regulators
• support new investor systems and product launches
• provide backup within the Mortgage department.
