Center Clinical Director

Job overview

The Center Clinical Director role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with work also described from a home office or clients’ natural environments. Compensation is $95,000–$105,000 per year. The position primarily supports center-based clients and staff at Ascend Behavior Partners. The director coaches and manages a multidisciplinary pod to support high-quality clinical and customer experiences for clients and families living with autism. The role combines clinical oversight, team development, staffing and operational coordination, and collaboration with families and internal teams to advance client outcomes.

What you'll do

• Manage and coach a pod of Licensed Behavior Analysts, Field Team Supervisors, Lead Registered Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians, and a Center Coordinator
• support clinical quality and client relationships
• provide leadership coaching, training, case conceptualization, and programming support as needed
• supervise a client caseload until the center grows enough to hire a hybrid Center / In-Home LBA
• review staffing capacity and utilization
• collaborate on hiring and assessment assignments
• conduct family consultation calls as needed
• oversee training, onboarding, fieldwork, residency, and RBT levels and badges
• escalate pod decisions and contribute to policies and procedures.
