Consults with physicians and allied health professionals regarding patient nutritional status and diet plans. Formulates nutrition assessment, evaluation, and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk. Documents nutrition treatment findings in the medical record. Participates in clinical rounds and department meetings.
