What you'll do

• Evaluates patients and implements functional intervention plans
• modifies approaches based on patient behavior
• utilizes standardized outcome measures
• provides supervision to COTA and rehabilitation technicians
• documents evaluations and plans of care
• communicates patient status and discharge recommendations to the medical team.
