What you'll do

• Maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweep and mop floors, wash food-preparation surfaces, remove trash, transfer supplies and equipment, assist with banquet and front-of-house setup, and load, unload, or deliver supplies while following sanitation and safety requirements.
