What you'll do

• Open and close the location
• deploy and coach the team
• maintain cleanliness, safety, member-facing spaces, and equipment readiness
• conduct checklists and audits
• support member questions, tours, onboarding, and services
• monitor service execution and capacity
• submit daily reports
• help train staff and adopt operational tools.
