Inbound Sales & Retention Specialist

What you'll do

• Use the prepared sales process to explain services and merchandise and provide accurate price quotes
• follow the assigned schedule for phone coverage
• escalate calls when needed
• provide internal customer support
• move between inbound and outbound calls
• communicate with managers, teammates, and customers
• follow up with potential customers by phone, email, and text
• maintain knowledge of products, processes, systems, and policies.
