What you'll do

• Research, define, document, and translate business needs into system requirements and functional solutions
• support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business systems
• liaise between business and technology teams
• support Oracle HCM Fusion implementation
• work with U.S. payroll legislation and configurations, Oracle Time and Labor, HCM Data Loader, BI Publisher reports, and Payroll Fast Formulas
• recommend process improvements
• prepare user guides, process documentation, and training materials
• conduct quality-control reviews
• manage analysis projects.
