What you'll do

• Fulfill Sandwich Artist duties
• monitor productivity and adjust employee hours as needed
• handle inventory, paperwork, coupon logs, spot checks, and post-close reconciliation
• order food and track food rotation
• open and close the store
• complete catering orders and bake bread to Subway standards
• support shift coverage
• maintain operational and cleanliness standards
• handle cash
• train new employees, track progress, and report on training.
