What you'll do

• Arrive at least 45 minutes early and complete site setup
• confirm coaches are onsite 15 minutes before start and report gaps
• prepare rosters and check-in lists
• greet families and run check-in
• orient first-time players and parents
• answer or log parent questions
• manage courts, clocks, rotations, and transitions
• support game-day tables, scoreboard, admissions, and referee check-in
• assist on court when needed
• handle minor incidents using escalation procedures
• complete closing checklist and end-of-shift report
• follow facility partner rules.
